Chicken Curry Masala ingredients
Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato, Curry leaves, Green chilly, Normal chilly, Garam Masala, Mustard, Cumin, Turmeric, Coriander, Salt
Preparation
1) Rehydrate Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato & Curry leaves in slight warm water for 10 minutes.
2) Filter the vegetables from the water & cook with coconut oil until the onion becomes slightly brownish colour.
3) Add NSC Special Masala powder and roast it for 2-3 minutes.
4) Add 100 ml filtered water and 1 kg chicken & cook.
5) Add salt for taste
