Beef Masala ingredients
Onion, Small onion, Garlic, Ginger, Curry leaves, Chilly, Garam Masala, Fennel seeds, Pepper, Turmeric, Coriander, Salt
Preparation
1) Rehydrate Onion, Ginger, Garlic & Curry leaves with slight warm water for 10 minutes.
2) Filter the vegetables from the water & cook with coconut oil until the onion becomes slightly brownish colour.
3) Add NSC Special Masala powder and roast it for 2-3 minutes.
4) Add beef and salt to taste and cook it (prefer pressure cooking).
