Brewing South Indian Filter Coffee:
Grind Arabica Coffee beans to a slightly coarse consistency using a mixi or coffee grinder.
In a cup or mug, place 12g or 2 tsp of coffee powder.
Pour 180 to 200ml of hot water and let it steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
Carefully pour the coffee into your cup, take care not to pour the wet grounds at the bottom
Then, add hot milk in a ratio of 1:1 and sweeten with sugar to your liking.
